“Superb. Just superb.”

Twas Christmas Eve and we were meeting friends in the evening in Leatherhead. What a nightmare to find a place that's open after 6pm and isn't charging a special seasonal sixty quid a head for a menu with three options. Ringing around the local Italians, this name came up and upon enquiry, it was obvious they were treating Christmas Eve like any other Saturday night. So we booked, working on the principle that even if we were hustled out reasonably quickly, at least we'd have eaten before heading to the pub. We couldn't have been more wrong. The place was really busy and buzzy, yet not so noisy that we couldn't chat. The welcome was genuine, the vibe relaxed, the service effortlessly professional and the food was excellent. Great value for money, too! So what could have been a fraught and 'distressed purchase' meal on an awkward public holiday turned into a lovely occasion and a happy discovery of another great restaurant in Leatherhead (don't forget Caesar's, different kind of place but also very good!) We stayed far longer than we expected to and were made to feel very welcome, and left knowing that we'll be back in 2012 for repeat visits. Strongly recommend this place!

We are local, so use this restaurant a lot. It is the kind of place where you can pop in for a qiick main course and glass of wine... But just as suitable to stretch out a whole evening. The staff are excellent ant the food is very tasty, well presented and good value. You won't be dissappointed!

“Superb restaurant; will return again and again!!!”

My husband and I stayed at the Travelodge a few doors away and went to Piazza Firenze for dinner - what a good move! Service fantastic, food superb and such good value for money! Try the swordfish carpaccio - divine! I am hoping we will have to stay in the area again for work, simply so we can pay another visit. Many thanks to the staff!

A really nice Italian. Simple and well cooked menu with good veggie and fish options. Nice surroundings with doors that open right out in summer. Good service and well priced.

“Lovely authentic Italian food”

Popped in for lunch on a couple of occasions. Service is good and prompt. The food is excellent and priced well. The seafood pasta is especially good. I will keep coming back.
